A most beloved staple here in Julian: our famous apple butter!

If I were to give the Fall season a flavor, this would unquestioningly be it. 

Cinnamon and nutmeg spiced apple starts off sweet but leaves the palate with an addicting zing.  Spread a little on toast for breakfast when the leaves begin to change... it's AMAZING!    

Also great for a quick snack on graham crackers or pbj, a natural sweetener for baked goods, a glaze for pork roast, an oatmeal topping and more.
