Shipping policy

 

All items ship from our shop in Julian, California

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment on normal orders.  Shipping times will be determined by chosen parcel carrier.

Custom orders may take up to four business days for manufacture unless otherwise specified.

We employ a small staff;  processing times may be affected by illness, manufacturing issues, or inclement weather.

Shipping costs are final.  However, a return shipping label will be provided for accepted return items.
