100% designed and manufactured at our shop here in Julian, California. U.S. made start to finish.

Wooden blade and cross guard are milled and hand sanded from high quality solid pine. Guard and pommel are hand stained and rubbed with mineral oil.
No plywood, no paint, no wood fillers.

All pieces are glued as well as nailed for a very sturdy construction. Lifelong quality if treated with reasonable care.

Features a genuine boar suede handle wrap for a soft, yet grippy and authentic feel. The leather is tacked in to place, great attention to detail.

Mountain-made in the USA. Supports small town skilled labor.
